Pillarhouse has been designing and manufacturing selective soldering systems for over 20 years. Starting in the automotive industry with high volume low mix systems we introduced the first low to medium volume highly flexible selective soldering system for EMS provides and OEM ‘s that are tasked with many changeovers daily. The key to our system is the programming flexibility and easy user interface.

Product Summary

· Jade Series —Is the first low volume high mix system to open the selective solder market to everyone in the electronics industry.

· Jade—Handex—Next Generation allows for semi automatic processing with the ability to expand to fully automatic in the future.

· Orissa Series—Uses the same technology as the jade for soldering, but processing is inline for higher throughput

· Topaz—Is designed for movement of the board vs the solder pot alloying greater flexibility for soldering difficult parts with a 5 axis movement.

· MPR—Designed for large boards and multi pot processing for great flexibility.

· Amethyst—Is the system for very high volume designed with dedicated pots to match the board. Lowest cycle times in and out.

The New Jade Handex is a low cost high throughput selective soldering system with twin rotary table transport system allows silmultaneous load/unload with product processing.

Targeted at lean manufacturing this machine offers high speed flexible throughput at minimal cost.

Equipped with our patented drop jet fluxer design, the Jade Handex has the capability to operation with either convention single point solder nozzle technology or dedicated multi tube nozzle design for high speed production.

A quick change pot from Leaded to PBFree is also available.
